F. Stephen 'Steve' Musselman
I am a Vermont State Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional and a Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor. I’ve worked as a draftsman on nearly 100 public educational projects, as a residential designer/builder and as a renovator of many local homes. I strongly believe that well-designed healthy and attractive buildings that contribute to the owners’ well-being and also help to enrich the community are available to people of all means and just need to be searched out. As a long-time advocate of sustainable design and building techniques, and as a Realtor, I may be able to help you find and recognize buildings that have potential that might otherwise be overlooked. I've also lived in New Mexico, Tucson, and Asheville, NC, enjoyed the exposure to different cultures and developed an ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I immensely enjoyed the incredible hiking and outdoors opportunities of those wide-open places. I also enjoy chamber music, the Reading Phillies, Chinese poetry, jazz and symphonic music, woodworking, gardening, and travel. I live now with my wife and young daughter in a 1960 stone house that I completely renovated in the village of Gouglersville, PA |
